Life in the field...

Born and raised in the coastal city of Durban, South Africa, Clayton spent most of his time growing up in and around the ocean. Now living on Australia's, Gold Coast. His mission is to capture the beauty of the natural world, with a particular focus on marine life, coastal environments, and endangered species. He now applies his extensive knowledge of underwater environments and marine species to capture stunning photographs using a combination of scuba and free-diving techniques, as well as from land, surface, and aerial perspectives.

Clayton's mission is to increase awareness of the challenges our oceans face and foster a stronger relationship between people and the importance of preserving our oceans through maintaining a healthy environment for all to thrive.

By capturing images and creating artworks that reflect his love for the outdoors and nature, he endeavours to inspire others to take action in preserving and safeguarding our natural world.
